Any kind of goods purchased by non UE Citizen, over Euro 150,00,
can be acquired without payment of taxes; it can be carried by tourist self,
but if heavy, bulky or for any other reason, the tourist can let goods
to shop against "a special receipt" with instructions for sending it directly at home.
Shipment charges can be also paid cash or by credit cards.
